NBA DFS Picks For DraftKings 3/23/21

I am back writing Draftkings articles for @SportsVerseHQ. I had a very busy last few weeks and took some much needed time off from DFS. Even though I have not been writing articles, I have been keeping up on what has been going on around the NBA. So, I am ready to provide my top studs and value plays for tonight’s 6 game NBA slate starting at 7pm EST.

Reminder: If you have any lineup questions prior to lock, I will be happy to answer any of them if you comment and tag in under the article or DM me @rogersaj07. Also, if you retweet the article and DM me I will send you my player core that I will be locking into all of my lineups.

Top Play:

James Harden: $11,000

As of now, James Harden is questionable with neck soreness but I am confident he will suit up tonight for the Nets matchup against the Portland Trailblazers. Harden’s upside tonight is through the roof. Brooklyn is already without both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, which will mean heightened usage for Harden. Portland currently ranks 29th in defensive efficiency and has been allowing monster performances to the opponent’s best player night after night. Harden has posted a 58-point average over his last 16 games played, so this is a match made in Heaven for the Nets superstar.

Best Value(s):

Nickeil Alexander-Walker: $4,400

Lonzo Ball is questionable tonight with a hip injury. Ball’s injury combined with his name being involved in trade talks will lead the Pelicans to keep their trade asset off the court. That should translate to another start, as well as sizable minutes, for the second-year guard out of Virginia Tech Last game NAW played 31 minutes and scored 32.25 DK points. Due to injuries to AD and LBJ, the Lakers lack the firepower to make this game a blowout.

Picks by Position:

PG:

1) James Harden: $11,000

2) Dennis Schroder: $6,600

3) Bruce Brown: $4,200

SG:

1) CJ McCollum: $7,400

2) Nickeil Alexander-Walker: $4,400

3) Andrew Wiggins: $6,600

Other Guard Plays (PG/SG): Ben Simmons: $8,800, Jordan Poole: $5,600, Jamal Murray: $7,100, Damian Lillard: $10,000, Tyler Johnson: $3,100

SF:

1) Jimmy Butler: $9,300

2) Brandon Ingram: $7,800

3) Talen Horton-Tucker: $5,500

PF:

1) Julius Randle: $9,900

2) Zion Williamson: $8,700

3) Kyle Kuzma: $6,800

Other Forward Plays (SF/PF): RJ Barrett: $6,600, Kelly Oubre: $6,200, Will Barton: $5,800, Robert Covington: $5,700, Derrick Jones Jr: $3,700

C:

1) Nikola Jokic: $10,700

2) Montrezl Harrell: $6,800

3) Nicolas Claxton: $3,900

Other Center Plays: Deandre Ayton: $5,900, Enes Kanter: $6,400, Steven Adams: $5,200, Nerlens Noel: $4,800

Core/Lineup:

My core 3 for tonight is James Harden: $11,000, CJ McCollum: $7,400 and Montrezl Harrell: $6,800. The Lakers and Nets have some interesting value plays to target. Bruce Brown and Tyler Johnson and great for cost. Brown is the better player due to his capability of scoring DK points in multiple categories. THT is another interesting value play and would rather play him over Kuzma for cost.
