Cobi's Final 7-Round 2021 Mock Draft

We are officially one night's sleep away from the NFL Draft! I know this isn't the case for many, but the first round of the NFL Draft is my personal favorite sports day of the year. I am super excited for tomorrow to come and to see where all the top prospects land. There are always crazy things that happen in every draft, so I am curious as to what is in store for us this year. This will be my final mock for the 2021 NFL Draft, and will be the full 7 rounds. I didn't plan on including trades in this mock, but I thought they were necessary to keep the flow of the draft accurate, and I am convinced that one of the trades will actually happen. I originally only had one trade, but I finished my mock just as the Denver trade for Teddy Bridgewater occurred. Due to that, I have a second team moving up for a quarterback. I am not confident in the second trade happening, but it does make sense, and keeps the order of the draft up to where I predict it to be. Of course, I will be lucky to nail even ten picks in the first round, but it is fun to speculate. To be clear, I will be predicting what NFL teams will do, not what I would do in their situation.
