NBA DFS Picks For Fanduel 2/17/21

What a night we had last night! My lineup exploded for 356 points, which was good enough to be in the top 2-3% of all lines, even though my small forwards combined for less than 30. All in all, I made about a 5x return on my money. The main slate today is much larger, with a total of 10 games. There is still a lot of crucial news we are waiting on, so lineup building is useless at the time of writing this article, although I will try to account for all scenarios. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!

Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change.

Top Play:

Nikola Jokic - $10,500:

In his last three games, Nikola Jokic has scored 64, 57, and 55 FD points, and most of those came on harder defensive match-ups in slower-paced games. Tonight, the Nuggets are coming in with the second highest implied total on the slate, and the Wizards have been horrendous against defending centers this season. You may be concerned with Jokic being on a back-to-back, but on his two this year, he has played 42 and 38 minutes. Also, I project this game to be closer than most think due to the Wizards being healthy, and the Nuggets being riddled with injuries, so I am not much into factoring a blow-out. Jokic should be able to feast on the Wizards, and $10,500 is an excellent price for him. With Simmons being out, Embiid is now a top contender for this spot.

Best Value:

Facundo Campazzo - $3,500:

With no Monte Morris, Gary Harris, Will Barton, or Paul Millsap last night, Campazzo played 39 minutes and totaled 39 FD points. Barton and Millsap have already been ruled out tonight, and I believe that it is unlikely that Harris plays, so a lot of minutes should remain open for Campazzo, even if Monte Morris plays. If Morris does end up playing, I wouldn't consider Campazzo a lock, but he would still be an excellent option at the minimum price. If Morris is out once again, then Campazzo would be a lock for me, although he would be extremely chalky.
