Wow, did the NFL regular season go by fast. We have had a terrific season in terms of DFS, so it is only right that we cap off the last regular season main slate with a big win. Last week, we were unable to pull off the crazy feat of profiting on every week with an even number for the season, but on the bright side, we haven't lost two consecutive slates all season. This is good news for this slate, and I don't plan on ending that streak now. NFL Sunday will feature some teams who are resting players, so it will be an interesting day for fantasy. Let's jump into the breakdown of the NFL Week 17 main slate on Fanduel!

Top Play:
Derrick Henry - $10,200:
Derrick Henry is the clear top option at running back on the slate with injuries to CMC, Dalvin Cook, and Alvin Kamara. The Titans haven't clinched the AFC South yet, so I am all over Henry as they should continue to pound the rock against Houston. Earlier in the season, Henry erupted for 39 FD points against the week Houston defense. In the final week of the regular season, I am looking to roster players whose teams are still fighting for playoff spots.
Best Value:
Alexander Mattison - $5,000/Ty Montgomery - $4,500:
If you are locking Henry into your lineups like I am, you will need some salary relief at other positions, and both Mattison and Montgomery are ideal candidates to do so. They are going to be extremely chalky, but I would lock them both into your lineups, especially in cash formats. I couldn't decide which play I like more, so I listed them both. Both should get a ton of volume against weak defenses at super cheap price tags.
Fade:
Aaron Jones - $8,000:
The tool that I use projects Aaron Jones to be the third most owned running back at the time of writing this article. Aaron Jones is a solid tournament option given his high ceiling, but I do not like him for cash formats given his sporadic touches. Just last week, Jones only saw 10 carries and got out touched by rookie A.J. Dillon by decent margins.
Main Player Pool:
Quarterback:
Lamar Jackson - $9,000
Aaron Rodgers - $8,500
Russell Wilson - $7,500
Other great plays: Deshaun Watson - $8,700, Ryan Tannehill - $8,200, Justin Herbert - $7,600, Phillip Rivers - $7,300
Running Back:
Derrick Henry - $10,200
Alexander Mattison - $5,000
Ty Montgomery - $4,500
Other great plays: Josh Jacobs - $7,400, Chris Carson - $7,000, Melvin Gordon - $6,800, Myles Gaskin - $6,700, Ezekiel Elliot - $6,500, J.K. Dobbins - $6,400, Wayne Gallman - $5,700, Ty Johnson - $5,000
Wide Receiver:
Davante Adams - $9,300
D.K. Metcalf - $7,600
Curtis Samuel - $6,100
Other great plays: Calvin Ridley - $8,700, DeAndre Hopkins - $8,200, Adam Thielen - $7,900, Allen Robinson - $7,700, Marvin Jones - $6,100, Marquise Brown - $6,000, Mike Williams - $5,900, Nelson Agholor - $5,800, Sterling Shepard - $5,500, Mecole Hardman - $5,300, Jerry Jeudy - $5,100, Darius Slayton - $5,000
Tight End:
Darren Waller - $7,800
George Kittle - $6,800
T.J. Hockenson - $5,800
Other great plays: Mark Andrews - $7,200, Robert Tonyan - $6,300, Noah Fant - $5,700, Jonnu Smith - $5,300
D/ST:
Browns - $4,100
Cardinals - $3,800
Chargers - $3,500
Other great plays: Colts - $5,000, Ravens - $4,900, Seahawks - $3,900
Core/Lineup: My core 3 are Derrick Henry, Davante Adams, and Alexander Mattison.
