Following last Sunday's Week 5 NFL main slate lineup that missed in most contests, we bounced back with two showdown slates that summed for 2.5x profit. The showdown lineups have dominated through the first five weeks, but we have still yet to see a killer main slate lineup, although we have had profitable ones. Hopefully we can get that lineup this week on an enticing 11 game slate. Let's dive in to the breakdown of the NFL main slate on FanDuel for Week 6!

Top Play:
Josh Allen (QB - $9200) -

It is not often that a quarterback is listed as my top play of the week, but this spot is reserved for the player that I have full confidence inserting into my lineup, and that is Josh Allen for Week 6. You can take shots on other quarterbacks for GPP limited entries, but for any mass entry contests or large entry fee tournaments or pools, you should be targeting a quarterback in the BUF-KC shootout. Patrick Mahomes is more than deserving of consideration as well, but I prefer Josh Allen due to his rushing ability and usage rate on the goal line. Josh Allen is currently averaging the most FD points of any player in the NFL (30.1), and he gets to face a defense that ranks 24th against the pass in the highest scoring game of the week. His salary of $9200 is far from cheap, but his production justifies the cost, particularly on a slate where value is bountiful at the running back position. Josh Allen will continue upon his MVP season on Sunday.
Best Value:
Eno Benjamin (RB - $6300) -
James Conner has officially been ruled out which means that we can expect a full dosage of Eno Benjamin on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. Conner has been banged up all season which has resulted in Benjamin getting more work than one may have expected, and that workload is only going to significantly increase this week. Eno Benjamin has looked impressive on his limited reps so far, and he will have a prime opportunity to shine this Sunday against a Seattle defense that ranks dead last at defending the run (170.2 YPG). Overall, the Seattle defense is allowing the most yards per game (430), and the second most points per game (30.8), so it should be expected that Arizona will put up some points. At a salary of just $6300, it is tough to pass on a player in as stellar of a matchup as Eno Benjamin is.
Best Game Environment:
Buffalo Bills @ Kansas City -
There shouldn't be a shadow of a doubt in anyone's mind about what the best game to stack is this Sunday - the Bills @ Chiefs takes the cake with ease. The repeat of last year's dramatic playoff game should live up to the hype and angst that fans of these teams have had for months with this date circled. The game is carrying a gargantuan 53.5 implied total, which is a full 3 points more than the game with the second highest. The Chiefs (31.8 PPG) and the Bills (30.4 PPG) are the two highest scoring offenses in the NFL, so this clash should be an electrifying shootout to the highest of degrees. When attacking this game, I don't think there is a wrong way to go about it due to the sheer number of points that should be scored. Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Patrick Mahomes, and Travis Kelce will be the most popular plays, and rightfully so, but Devin Singletary, Isaiah McKenzie, Dawson Knox, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling are noteworthy options at lower ownership.
