NBA DFS Picks For FanDuel 11/22/21

As a result of being out of town for the last few days, I have not had time to write any articles, and have missed many of the slates since Thursday. With me now being home for awhile, I plan on covering all of the slates that I can which have a reasonable amount of games. The main slate tonight features 10 total games, so there are plenty of intriguing player options to choose from. As on most slates, we have a lot of prevalent injury news that we are waiting on which could shake up the slate when released. Be sure to keep on eye on these injury situations as we approach roster lock. Since there are so many games tonight. Let's dive in to the breakdown of the NBA main slate on FanDuel tonight!

Top Play:

Darius Garland (SG - $6200) -

In his last five games, Darius Garland has scored 33, 45, 21, 36, and 38 FD points. At his current price of $6200, only the 21 point performance would not have been strong enough to reach the 5x value threshold. This increase in production should not be of shock, as he has had to take on an increased usage with Collin Sexton out for the team. With Sexton out for the remainder of the season, we should see a continued trend in an uptick in usage and production from Garland. He has played over 30 minutes in 12 consecutive games, with him playing over 35 minutes in 9 of those 12. Given his minutes, usage, and the overall situation of the team, Darius Garland has both a tremendous ceiling and floor for just $6200. He is my favorite option on the slate tonight.

Best Value:

Shake Milton (PG/SG - $5000) -

The 76ers will be without all pieces of their big three tonight with Tobias Harris not being expected to play, adding him to the inactive list with Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid who have missed the majority of the season. Danny Green will also not play tonight, which means that the team will be shorthanded once again like they have numerous times on the season. In these type of situations, Shake Milton has played over 30 minutes and has been very productive at smashing value for his cost. At only $5000, Shake Milton should draw the start and be in a prime spot to smash value once again. In the four games where he has exceed 30 minutes of action, he has only failed to score under 32 FD points once, and he scored 27 in that game which would still be an acceptable number at his price. Any 76er who is part of the rotation is a strong option tonight.
