What a start to the new month! Last night, our lineup scored 330 points with Will Barton in it, who ended up not playing due to the postponement of the Nuggets-Pistons game. That score was good enough to finish in the top 2-3% of lines and cashed in every format. Tonight, we have a slightly smaller slate, but still a decently sized one with a total of 6 games. Since the number of player options is a little less than most of the slates I write articles for (4 games or more), the number of players in my player pool will be less than usual. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change.
Top Play:
Nikola Vucevic - $8,800:
I rarely lock in a center since you are only eligible to play one on Fanduel, but I am locking in Vucevic tonight. He has seen a price decrease down to $8,800, which is terrific value for how he has been producing all season. When you factor in that Vucevic will get more usage and has higher rebound upside with Aaron Gordon being out for an extended period of time, it only makes him that much more of an intriguing option. Although there are other decent center plays on this slate, none of them stick out to me as great plays like Nikola Vucevic does. Unless big news changes the shape of the slate, Vucevic will be one of my core plays today.
Best Value:
Eric Paschall - $3,500:
James Wiseman is expected to miss between 7 to 10 days for the Warriors, which means that Draymond Green, Kevon Looney, and Eric Paschall will have to pickup the center minutes that he was previously playing. Although the other two are solid plays, Eric Paschall sticks out as the top value play because of his minimum $3,500 price tag. If Paschall sees over 20 minutes of action like he is projected to, it should be easy for him to hit value at around only 18 FD points. If Paschall starts, he will be a near lock for me, although I don't expect him to since Draymond Green and Kevon Looney were starters prior to the Wiseman injury.

Kemba Walker - $5,700
Cole Anthony - $5,000
Anfernee Simons - $3,800
