Even though there was no article yesterday, my posted lineup scored 317 points and cashed with ease in both tournaments and in cash contests. That was a little disappointing since I was projected 360 at one point, but the LAC and HOU blowouts hurt, although I can never be mad at big profit. For today's slate, there are 8 games with some players that are drawing questionable prices, which creates room for some promising lineups. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
Giannis Antetokounmpo - $11,100:
At this point, I can do a copy/paste at this spot every time that Giannis Antetokounmpo plays. Remarkably, after a 65 point FD showing, Giannis saw a price decrease down to $11,100. During his dominant stretch, Giannis has been the trademark of consistent production as he has scored under 50 FD points only once in his last fifteen games. To put that into perspective, he has scored over 70 FD points four times within that same stretch. He will face off against the same Wizards team that he dominated in his last game, so the draw is favorable. As long as Giannis isn't priced at $13,000, I will be playing him nearly every day.
Best Value:
Caris LeVert - $4,100:
On Saturday, the NBA saw a great moment as Caris LeVert played in his first game since his cancer surgery, which was also his Pacers debut. It didn't take any time for him to get back into the groove of things, as he started that game and played 26 minutes. If I am getting 20+ minutes of LeVert, I will play him at $4,100 every single time. His history of being a great producer with his minutes on the court is too promising for me to pass on. LeVert is a part of my core today, and is the player I would lock if I could only choose one.
