NBA DFS Picks For Fanduel 3/16/21

Last night, the lineup scored 336 points which was just good enough to squeak in and cash in GPPs. The main sources of that success were monster games from my big 3 of Kawhi Leonard, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Nikola Jokic. Since the All-Star break, I am 4-2 with my lineups, and I plan on extending that to 5-2 today. The main slate tonight features 7 games with minimal top priced star power at the top, so lineups should be interesting. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!

Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.

Top Play:

Zion Williamson - $8,400:

Deciding on the top play of the slate for tonight was much harder than usual due to the lack of top end options (Giannis, Luka, Harden, Jokic, etc.). I decided going with Zion Williamson for that title since he has seen a price decrease down to $8,400, and he finds himself in a very favorable match-up in the game with the highest implied total on the slate. Last time he played the Blazers, Zion erupted for 36 points which was good for 54 on FD. There aren't any locks on the slate aside from Kenyon Martin Jr. in my eyes, but Zion is an excellent play.

Best Value:

Kenyon Martin Jr. - $3,500:

Kenyon Martin Jr. is a free square for NBA Fanduel players tonight. In his last three games, Martin has scored 37, 40, and 31 FD points across 32, 28, and 30 minutes. At the minimum price of $3,500 still, this play is a no-brainer. I wouldn't be surprised to see Martin have 95% ownership in cash games, and over 60% in GPPs, which is pretty crazy. There is no reason to avoid this chalk. Play him.
