I am finally back with another article! After taking Friday off since I was busy with schoolwork and March Madness, Saturday because of the four game slate, and Sunday for my usual day off, I am ready to share my top picks again. In those three days without articles, two of the lineups I posted easily cashed in all formats, and one cashed in 50-50s and most tournaments. You can consider tonight a shot at four straight days of cashing, but I am tempted to defer to the loss column for yesterday since it didn't win in everything, even if you did profit. The slate today features 8 games with some interesting lineups due to injury, particularly referring to the absence of Giannis. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
Khris Middleton - $7,000:
$7,000 would be an excellent price to pay for Khris Middleton given normal circumstances, and the circumstances are far from normal for the Bucks today. Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled out for tonight with a knee injury which means that there is a massive opening of usage on the team, with the likely main beneficiaries being Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday. The Bucks have the highest implied total on the slate even without Giannis, so expect those two to have big nights. Khris Middleton is a part of my core.
Best Value:
Moses Brown - $4,300:
With Al Horford being ruled out tonight, Moses Brown is easily the best value play of the slate in my eyes. At $4,300, you only need around 22 FD points for him to reach value, and he has exceeded that large number by big margins in his recent starts. I have yet to even mention that the Timberwolves are the worst team in the league in terms of points allowed to opposing centers, so that is even more of a reason to play him. In his last two starts, he has scored 31 and 53 FD points respectively. I expect Moses Brown to be the chalkiest play of the slate, but there is no way around playing him unless you want to get different in tournaments. He is also a part of my lineup core.
