After going on a prolific streak of cashing in the last two weeks, I have gone cold and failed to outright profit in the last four days. In one of those days, I was able to hit in some contest types, but in the other three, my lineups missed in everything. It seems like every streak that I have been on this season has been immediately followed by a brief cold stretch, but I suppose that is the way DFS works. Luckily, if you have been playing the same amount everyday like I constantly preach, then we are still up big recently, and on the season. I don't plan on making this cold streak last any longer, so let's break it on tonight's six game slate that is filled with great plays. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
Malachi Flynn - $5,200:

With the Raptors ruling out Kyle Lowry and Fred VanVleet for their contest tonight, Malachi Flynn will pick up the primary ball-handling duties once again. For the role he has seen recently with those two players out, $5,200 is far too cheap of a price. Prior to the last game where Lowry played, Flynn put up FD scorings of 33.5, 47.2, 33.6, 28.6, and 41.9. He would have easily hit value in all of those games at his current price. I am locking Malachi Flynn into my lineup, and I imagine that most other Fanduel players will be doing the same.
Best Value:
Caleb Martin - $3,500

As we all should know, Gordon Hayward and LaMelo Ball will be out for some time with serious injuries. To add to that, the Hornets will likely be without Terry Rozier and PJ Washington tonight, which makes nearly every active player on their roster a viable DFS play. Sitting at just $3,500, Caleb Martin could be in for a start tonight, and I would expect him to play quality minutes. If he does draw the start, then I will likely be locking him in my lineup at the minimum price point.
