I am back with another article today after taking yesterday's smaller five game slate off. The lineup I tweeted for that slate was looking very poor initially, but ended up finishing very close to the cash. Nonetheless, it was not able to hit in any contest types. We have a massive twelve game slate tonight, which provides ample opportunity to bounce back and finish in the green. Since it is a very large slate, I will have four top plays at each position. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
Russell Westbrook - $10,800:

This has to be a typo, right? After scoring 50+ FD points in five consecutive games, Russell Westbrook finds himself with a price decrease to below $11,000 on this slate. As a matter of fact, he has scored over 50 FD points in 17 of his last 21 games, and in two of those where he failed to reach 50, he scored 49. That is an incredible feat, and there is simply no reason to pass on that production at $10,800. To make things even more appealing, the Wizards will face-off with the Warriors in what should be a high-scoring contest. I am locking Russell Westbrook into my lineup, and I recommend you do the same unless you are making a bold tournament line.
Best Value:
Reggie Bullock - $3,800

(*update:* Clippers ruling out PG13, Rondo, and Jackson opens up a ton of excellent value and changed core) Reggie Bullock isn't the sexiest play that there is, but he is arguably the safest play on the slate to hit value. At just $3,800, 20 FD points would be over the 5x threshold, and his median is significantly higher than that. He has managed to play 35+ minutes in each of his last four games, and there is no reason to assume that his total won't reach that again tonight. Even though he isn't very productive, it would take a miserable and severely uninvolved game for you to not feel content with Reggie Bullock's fantasy output. You don't need to lock him, especially in tournaments, but he is a solid play.
