The late injury notice of DeMar DeRozan forced me into some lineup changes that I did not want to make on yesterday's main slate, but it ended up working to my luck as the lineup cashed in all contest types. If it wasn't for PJ Washington playing 13 minutes, I could have had a near takedown lineup. Anyways, let's look to push the win streak to two on today's seven game slate. Like in the last few days, I expect injury news to shake up the slate. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
Paul George - $9,400:

If I am being 100% real, this play should be Russell Westbrook once again, but I decided to give someone else some love today. Without Kawhi Leonard, Paul George has averaged 55 FD points in his last four games. The Clippers will be without Kawhi again tonight against a weak Houston team, so Paul George should be able to feast. With other good plays at other positions around the same price (Kyrie Irving and Jayson Tatum), you don't have to play Paul George, but he is a part of my core as things stand right now.
Best Value:
Raul Neto - $3,600:

On Wednesday, Deni Avdija suffered a brutal ankle injury that will likely keep him out for the remainder of the season. With the Wizards already being without Rui Hachimura, there is going to be an opening for minutes to other players on the team. One of the likeliest beneficiaries is Raul Neto. In that game where Avdija got hurt, Raul Neto played 36 minutes and scored 35 FD points. I wouldn't trust his fantasy production to stay that high, but he is too cheap at $3,600 for the role he should have moving forward. Once again, Raul Neto doesn't have to be in your lineup since there are other really strong plays at the position, particularly Russ and Kyrie, but he is an excellent salary relief option if need be.
