Our recent injury bad luck continued yesterday as Myles Turner left the game early with an ankle injury, and Giannis was ruled out late forcing me to eat over $1k in salary with my changes. Luckily, I was somehow able to profit with a few pool wins and small GPP hits, but the lineup missed in most tournaments, although it cashed in 50-50s. If neither of those two injuries happened, it would have likely cashed in all contest types. Anyways, we have the opportunity to bounce back and hit big on today's 9 game slate. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
PJ Washington - $5,200:

PJ Washington has been disappointing as of late with 6 consecutive games of under 30 FD points. However, with Hayward now being injured on top of LaMelo already being out, I believe that Washington will get back on track tonight. Along with Rozier and Graham, he will be a focal point of the offense moving forward, and there is no better way to show that then playing against the Thunder. I love PJ Washington at $5,200 tonight.
Best Value:
Goga Bitadze - $3,900:

This play is very much contingent on Damontas Sabonis and Myles Turner being out (update: both are unlikely to play), and that Goga Bitadze starts. There is a serious lack of value on the slate tonight, and center is an easy position to get cheap with if all the cards fall the right way. The Pacers will have virtually no other big man aside from Bitadze if Sabonis/Turner don't play, so he should see large minutes with decent usage at just $3,900. If Bitadze doesn't start tonight, monitor Monte Morris, Jeremy Lamb, and Jaylen Hoard's situations as possible top value plays.
