NBA DFS Picks For Fanduel 4/9/21

I am starting to catch fire! My lineups have finished in the top 5% in each of the last two days, making me 6/8 on the new month in cashing across all contests. With the 9 game slate today, I plan on continuing to keep this fire stretch alive. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!

PS: I would die for Chris Boucher.

Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.

Top Play:

Russell Westbrook - $11,200:

As long as Russell Westbrook is priced under $12,000 and is playing as well as he is right now, I will continue to have him as one of the best plays on every slate. With his insane production streak, I will continue to have him in my player pool until he gives me a reason not to. Tonight, the Wizards will face-off against the Warriors in a game that has the highest implied total on the slate. Unless things change dramatically, I will be including Russell Westbrook in my lineup.

Best Value:

Pat Connaughton - $4,200:

(update: DiVincenzo, Middleton, Lopez all being out makes him a near lock)

As of now, there are no obvious plays priced under $5,000, although there are some strong ones. Some of the other top plays within that range are Cole Anthony, Jeremy Lamb, Sterling Brown, Patrick Williams, Davis Bertans, Mo Bamba, and Ivica Zubac, with Onyeka Okongwu and Goga Bitadze joining them if they start. However, with both Jrue Holiday and Giannis out, I gave the top spot to Pat Connaughton. He is by no means a lock, but if you need salary relief, he is an excellent option who is productive with his minutes, and should see many more of them tonight.
