My lineups have gone cold in the past two days as I have failed to reach 300 points in that time, which was immediately following a streak of three days where my lineups eclipsed 350. The main culprit for our failure yesterday was Jayson Tatum's miserable performance in what appeared to be a smash spot. You will never be able to cash every day in DFS, so the real measure of success is how you are able to bounce back. On today's seven game slate, I plan on doing just that. For everyone who doesn't follow me on Twitter, this will be my last article until Thursday or Friday of next week as I will be very busy with college exams and projects. For those days, I will tweet my lineups like I do on all days when there is no article. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
Bojan Bogdanovic - $5,700:

In recent games without Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley, Bojan Bogdanovic has smashed value at his price tag, and for some reason, Fanduel is reluctant to raise his price. His best game by far came yesterday against the Nuggets where he exploded for 62 FD points on 46 actual points, but he still put up quality production with scores of 27, 29, 42, 27, and 39 before that. Given how good he has been in this current role, $5,700 is an excellent price to pay. His floor should be around 25 tonight, which is nearly value for his price. Since his floor, median, and ceiling are all high, and given that he is at a position with no other clear options aside from MPJ and Powell, Bogdanovic is currently a lock for me.
Best Value:
D.J. Augustin - $3,900:
I could take the cop-out answer and list the entire Rockets team as the best value play for the third consecutive article, but I am going to change it up. Even though it still remains the true that any player on the Rockets is an excellent value play, I think that D.J. Augustin is the best at just a $3,900 price tag. Augustin should resume with the primary ball-handling duties like he did yesterday where he managed to rack up 17 points and 5 assists. 20 FD points would be value for him tonight, and it should be very hard-pressed for him to not eclipse 25. In terms of pure value, he is my favorite option on the slate. However, he is not currently in my core since Russ and Malachi Flynn are also at the position, but he can certainly be in your core if you are fading either of them.
