Last night's miserable lineup ended the short hot streak that I had started on the prior two slates, but we can make it three of the last four on cashing in tournaments with a successful lineup tonight. Like the last couple of slates, the slate for tonight totals three games, with those being MIL-MIA, PHO-LAL, and DEN-POR. As I say everyday, the top plays and my lineup core can change with injury or rest news, so make sure to stay up to date. Let's dive into the breakdown of the NBA main slate on Fanduel today!
Reminder: If you would like the lineup that I will be using, RT the article post on twitter for at @SportsVerseHQ, DM @Excyphir, and follow them both. Since my lineups usually change with injury news, be sure to check DMs before lock in case of a change. I usually send my lineups out around 30 minutes to an hour prior to lock, so as long as you have followed the steps and DMed me, you will receive it.
Top Play:
Giannis Antetokounmpo - $11,100:

The first-round series between the Bucks and the Heat is showing no resemblance to their matchup in the playoffs last year. The Bucks have looked incredible, particularly in Game 2 where they were as hot as I have ever seen a team play. As expected, Giannis Antetokonumpo has been the main contributor to the success of the team so far. In the two games in this series, Giannis has scored 59 and 66 FD points. His 66 point performance came on just 30 minutes due to the massive blowout, which is quite an impressive stat line. Although his price has risen back to normal at an above $11,000 cost, he is still much worth the pay up due to his recent success. If I had to choose one player to lock into my lineup today, it would be Giannis, so he is the main piece of my lineup core.

Best Value:
Robert Covington - $4,500:
I have said this in the last few articles, but with smaller slates in playoff basketball, rotations are much tighter which means that the number of good value options is going to be limited. On this slate, there are no home run cheap plays to hammer, but there are still some solid ones to consider. Of them all, Robert Covington is my favorite at a $4,500 price point. In recent games, Robert Covington has struggled to due much of anything from a fantasy production standpoint, but his ample minutes still provide him with some quality upside and some sort of floor. In his last five games, he has only managed to surpass 20 FD points twice, with neither of those performances coming in the playoffs, but it is hard to expect that low of production moving forward with the volume he is seeing. Although his usage has been very low, he has played 37 and 34 minutes in each of his playoff games so far. If he is able to make a few shots, grab a few boards, and force a turnover or two, he can provide an excellent return on value. Robert Covington is not in my lineup core, but he is my favorite play priced under $5,000.

Goran Dragic - $5,900
Cam Payne - $5,300

Other great plays: LeBron James - $10,300, Norman Powell - $6,000, Duncan Robinson - $5,200, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - $4,500, Cam Johnson - $4,000

Giannis Antetokounmpo - $11,100
